Sovereign risk intelligence · continuous trade reconfiguration
Move before the law lands.
Sanctions, export controls and tariffs now change overnight. SovereignShift AI finds where each change touches your supply chain, down to Tier 6, and has a compliant reroute waiting for your approval before cargo reaches the border.
Built for enterprises with $2B+ revenue and 500+ suppliers across three or more continents.

Why this is hard now
Trade law moves in minutes. Compliance still moves in quarters.
You can't see who supplies your suppliers
Supply webs run up to eight tiers deep, and Tier-1 vendors guard the rest as trade secrets. Banned minerals, forced-labour inputs and restricted chips surface when customs seizes the shipment.
Obeying one country can break another's law
When one country's secondary sanctions meet another's blocking statute, legal teams stall and directors carry personal exposure in both jurisdictions.
Audits take months. Orders change in minutes.
Manual reviews, vendor surveys and forensic audits finish long after non-compliant goods have cleared customs and the fines have started.
How it works
From a notice at 2 a.m. to a signed reroute by breakfast.
Watch every regulator that touches you
Direct feeds from sanctions and export-control authorities, plus customs, bill-of-lading and vessel-tracking data. Entity resolution links shell companies, renamed vessels and changed ownership.
Turn legal text into rules that run
Each notice is parsed into facts and compiled into Open Policy Agent rules. They are tested against every open order before going live, and new legal logic waits for counsel to sign off.
# 50 percent rule: aggregate blocked ownership deny contains msg if { some party in input.po.parties owned := sum([o.pct | some o in owners[party.id]; o.id in blocked]) owned >= 50 }
Let suppliers prove they're clean without exposing their own suppliers
Sub-tier suppliers run a small agent that produces a zero-knowledge proof: their bill of materials passes your policies. You get the answer. Their vendor names, prices and sites stay with them.
You learn
- The BOM passes sanctions-exclusion v14
- When and against which list
Stays private
- Their suppliers' names

Reroute, with a person signing off
Pre-negotiated fallback terms and pre-screened vendors turn into a ready-made proposal, with the contract addendum and the SAP or Oracle change set attached. One approval writes it to the ERP.

Fast enough for the news cycle. Careful enough for a courtroom.
Automation finds the exposure and prepares the fix. Accountable people make the call, and every call is on the record.
No ERP change without a named approver
Reroutes are proposals until someone with authority approves them. Thresholds and approver chains are set per workspace.
Conflicting laws go to counsel, never to a bot
When complying in one country breaks the law in another, the case is held with an options memo for your General Counsel.
An audit trail regulators can check
Every rule version, proof, approval and ERP change is signed and time-stamped, ready for customs, auditors or a court.
Security and privacy
Built for the data you can't afford to leak.
Zero-knowledge supplier proofs
Suppliers prove compliance without handing over their own supplier lists, prices or locations.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
Zero-trust architecture. Keys are scoped per workspace.
Choose where your data lives
Each workspace is pinned to a region you pick at setup.
Controls mapped to both frameworks
Access reviews, change management and incident response run to both standards.
Shared learning, private sourcing
Cross-customer disruption models use differential privacy and multi-party computation. Your sourcing strategy stays yours.
Every decision is traceable
Exportable, tamper-evident records for each rule, proof and approval.

Questions
What buyers ask first.
Do suppliers have to share their own supplier lists?
No. They run a small agent that proves their bill of materials passes your policies. You see a pass or fail for each policy and list version. Vendor names, prices and locations never leave them.
Can it change orders in SAP on its own?
It prepares the change and waits. Nothing is written to SAP, Oracle or Dynamics until an approver you've named signs off. Cases where two countries' laws conflict are never automated.
Which regulators do you cover?
US OFAC and BIS, the EU, UK OFSI, the UN Security Council, Japan's METI and China's MOFCOM, plus customs and vessel-tracking data. Other jurisdictions can be added per subsidiary.
How long does setup take?
You can create a workspace and connect your ERP straight away. Knowledge graph setup and legal taxonomy mapping come next, and deeper-tier suppliers are onboarded in waves over the first quarter.
